Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Dam Construction Project Manager to join our team in Queensland, Australia. As a key member of our Water group, you will be responsible for leading high-profile and challenging projects across the region with water authorities, mining clients, Councils, and other government authorities.

Requirements:
  1. Tertiary Qualification: Engineering degree from a recognized institution
  2. Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge and experience in dams engineering designs
  3. Design Management: Experience with design management, procurement planning, construction sequencing, and construction programme reporting
  4. Safety Culture: Actively engaging in and developing a safety culture within a construction workforce
  5. Relationship Building: Ability to build constructive, appropriate, and balanced relationships with counterparts and colleagues
  6. Complex Projects: Ability to plan, design, read, interpret, and supervise complex engineering projects and assignments
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Membership: Membership of Engineers Australia or equivalent
  • ANCOLD Membership: Membership to ANCOLD
  • Chartered Professional Engineer: Chartered Professional Engineer or equivalent
  • RPEQ Registration: Registered Practising Engineer Queensland (RPEQ)
