Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly attend appointments and maintain a professional demeanor throughout service delivery.
  • Provide high-quality aesthetic medical solutions to address guest concerns in a safe and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant to enhance sales, marketing, and promotional aspects of the position.
  • Ensure adherence to OneSpaWorld's protocols for medi-spa services.
  • Properly care for equipment and manage product/supply inventory to support cost control.
  • Familiarize yourself with proper use and disposal of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and disinfecting products.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete logs as required.

  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using relevant software applications.
