Job Description

This role involves working closely with vulnerable young people, providing them with the necessary care and support to reach their full potential. Our residential service offers a safe and protective environment, allowing young people to build resilience and recover from early life trauma.

As a Childcare Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, maintaining high standards, and promoting the well-being of our residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant equivalent
  • A full, clean manual driver's license (valid in Ireland)
  • Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
  • At least 2 years' experience working at a Social Care grade with young persons
