We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our national team.

About the Role:

Company Overview

This role will be an initial temporary assignment of 12 months with the view to extend long term. As part of this national company's Customer Service Team, you will support and work closely alongside internal divisions such as Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working through specific open order requests, contacting customers to provide outstanding Purchase Orders, collaborating with the Open Orders team to resolve open orders and drive sales across the business, processing customer orders, and recording relevant information on our database.

About You:

  • Great customer service skills, not afraid to pick up the phone to give customers a call
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume work environments
  • Attention to detail - ensuring all information is provided to customers as needed
  • A passion for process improvement and team collaboration
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits and Salary:

This is a Monday-Friday role, 9am-5pm with a blend of in-office and WFH throughout the week. The estimated annual salary for this position is AU$60,000-AU$70,000, depending on experience. As this role requires full-time commitment, applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
