Job Title: Data Centre Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Data Centre Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Hyperscale Data Centre projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage internal and external teams to ensure high performance and collaboration.
  • Leverage and grow client connections within the Data Centre sector, with a focus on major players in the market.
  • Drive new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of the business.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record managing and delivering Hyperscale Data Centre projects.
  • Strong relationships with key clients in the Data Centre sector, with experience working with major clients preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of both construction and the mechanical services involved in DC projects – HVAC, Electrical, Ventilation etc.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills – Good communicator.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to win work and grow the business.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in the project management and construction sector – Head contractor, developer or Consultancy experience all acceptable.
