Senior Project Manager - Data Centre Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex data centre expansion project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and building engineering, with a proven track record of delivering data centre construction projects.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage the delivery of a live large scale data centre expansion project
  • Oversee the construction and fit-out phases, ensuring safety, timelines, and budget adherence
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure technical excellence, with a focus on building and mechanical engineering aspects
  • Manage risk, resolve issues, and keep the project on track

About You

  • Proven experience in managing data centre construction projects
  • 7+ years of Project management experience with a head contractor, engineering firm or consultancy
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, Project management or a similar field
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and building engineering
  • Ability to manage complex, live construction environments
