Health and Safety Systems Specialist

DT Infrastructure is a leading provider of infrastructure solutions in Australia, with a strong reputation for delivering complex projects. We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team in Brisbane, QLD.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business unit operations and management to ensure compliance with FSC, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and legislative requirements.
- Assist the IMS program to enhance compliance, assurance and reporting processes to IMS improvement.
- Conduct audits in accordance with DTI HSE IMS, and where applicable client requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to managers through the return to work and injury management processes while liaising with internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Health, Safety & Environment, Business or similar discipline preferred.
- Certificate IV Training and Assessing, Quality/Safety Lead Internal Auditor, Lead ICAM Incident Investigation and Return to work coordinator certificate or experience.
- Knowledge of applicable statutory provisions across multiple jurisdictions, FSC ISO 14001 & ISO45001 and Rail Safety National Law.
- Experience in writing and reviewing IMS documentation, conducting audits and preparation of corrective actions and reports.
- Experience in the preparation and delivery of various HSE Awareness or Training Programs.
- Ability to prepare management and data analysis reports, consult with operations and consolidate findings.
