Key Responsibilities- Identify and manage risks, incorporating equipment manufacturers' best practices and the full operational lifecycle, including Sales, Service, Parts, and Auxiliary.
- Develop and implement pragmatic systems, tools, and instructions to support all levels of management and control.
- Engage and involve employees through a people-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of high-risk health and safety contexts.
- Proficiency in risk management methodologies (Bowtie, Fishbone).
- Experience with process safety and workflow or process mapping (HAZOP principles or similar).
- Expertise in human factors and change management.
- Background in engineering or process development within the context of maintenance and asset lifecycle management.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Degree or Bachelor level in HSE, Engineering, or Risk.
- Investigation certification (Tap Root or ICAM).
- Process Safety certification.
- ISO45001/ISO9001 Lead Auditor certification.
- Human Factors certification.
- Exp. in Automotive, Rail/Aviation, Oil and Gas, FMCG.
- Work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
