Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting, including dispensing medication and conducting medication history interviews and reconciliation.
  • Monitor medication outcomes and manage adverse drug reactions, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
  • Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to provide high-quality patient care and participate in training sessions for pharmacy, medical, and nursing staff.
What You'll Need
  • A current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
