About the Role
Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our vibrant Subacute team. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person and family-centered care to patients in the Subacute setting.
- Work collaboratively with allied health and medical staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to a quality and risk framework that ensures safe and effective care.
- Describe and demonstrate evidence-based practice in the delivery of patient care.
- Meet the requirements of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold current registration as a Registered Nurse.
Employment Details
This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working 24 hours per week. We offer a comprehensive induction and training program to support your success in this role.
