Specific Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical advocate and advisor for assigned customer accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and configuration through regularly scheduled cadence calls or ad-hoc requests.">
  • Understand customer goals, success criteria, and operational environments to guide them toward realizing maximum value.">
  • Provide ongoing strategic and technical guidance, including best practices, roadmap alignment, and optimization recommendations.">
  • Collaborate closely with different teams at Dragos to ensure a smooth customer experience.">
  • Monitor customer health and usage data to identify and address risks, opportunities, and adoption gaps.">
  • Conduct regular account reviews and value realization sessions with customers.">
  • Deliver enablement and product walk-throughs to help customers expand internal capabilities and mature cybersecurity programs.">

Requirements

We are seeking individuals with 5+ years of experience working in or with industries that contain OT systems. Strong understanding of industrial cybersecurity, ICS/OT environments, and/or threat detection platforms is essential. Familiarity with security operations, asset visibility, threat intelligence, or vulnerability management is also required.

Experience working with large, complex enterprise customers in critical infrastructure sectors is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
