We're seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as a Deputy Coach, working closely with the Head Coach to create an exceptional experience for our community.

  • You will lead events at local gyms and studios to support local businesses and grow local community awareness.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who embodies our brand values, loves to lead, influence, and inspire others, and motivates, empowers, and develops their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the store team and culture, driving key strategic results and ensuring profitable growth of their store in day-to-day management.
  • Create daily game plans to inspire and engage your team to drive for results.
  • Complete stock and visual merchandising tasks, including adjustments, pullbacks, and stocktake, in a timely manner.
