We develop business strategies, manage production, execute projects and start-ups. The Regional Director will lead our advisory practice in Australia, finding the best solutions for clients across mining, metals, energy and infrastructure businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine strategic direction
  • Ensure organizational capacity
  • Champion group interests
  • Provide team direction and developmental support
  • Build world-class capabilities
  • Align regional advisory team with overall objectives and direction

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of senior consulting/leadership experience
  • Preferably in engineering, with an engineering degree and MBA as assets
  • Proven experience in building significant practices focused on operational improvement, operations readiness, investment and business planning, strategy or related advisory practices
  • Highly intelligent, strategically minded, superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to roll-up their sleeves
  • Collaborative team orientation is essential
