The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and commercially astute Finance Director to lead their corporate services function and drive financial strategy during this growth phase. As a key member of the Asia-Pacific leadership team and the most senior person in finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping corporate strategy and driving financial performance.

Achieving success in this role requires a broad commercial skillset, including oversight of procurement strategies, risk management frameworks and corporate governance. You will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and financial sustainability as the company continues to expand. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing financial strategy to support business growth
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for the Asia-Pacific region
• Overseeing legal, risk and compliance functions, ensuring regulatory adherence
• Optimising procurement and supplier relationships to drive cost efficiencies
• Managing property and asset portfolios, aligning with long-term business goals
• Partnering with global teams to implement best-in-class corporate services

About You
You are a seasoned finance and corporate services leader with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of driving business transformation. You enjoy operating at both strategic and operational levels, balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You thrive in fast-paced, complex environments where you can shape financial strategy, optimise processes and engage with senior stakeholders.

Your ability to drive efficiencies, ensure compliance and manage risk makes you a trusted advisor to the executive team. Above all, you are a proactive leader who can influence at all levels, from boardroom discussions to frontline operations and you have a strong track record of delivering results in evolving markets.

Requirements
Membership to a professional accounting body
10+ years of leadership experience in finance, risk and corporate governance
Proven ability to drive financial strategy, oversee compliance and manage risk
Experience leading procurement and property portfolios within a large organisation
Track record of driving process improvements and financial efficiencies
Experience in mergers & acquisitions or corporate finance is highly regarded
