We're seeking an exceptional Strategic Property Leader to spearhead our centre expansion efforts across Australia. As part of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational direction and driving business outcomes through strategic property acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in property acquisitions, M&A, and development. You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a national centre expansion strategy aligned with Goodstart's growth ambitions.
  • Negotiate and execute Freehold, Leasehold and Business Acquisitions to secure new centre opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, agents, councils and other stakeholders to identify potential new centre sites.
  • Conduct due diligence, financial analysis and market research to inform acquisition decisions and ensure alignment with Goodstart's business objectives.
About Our Ideal Candidate
  • You have at least 10 years' experience leading acquisition and development transactions in large, multi-site organisations, with a proven track record of delivering high-volume targets nationally.
  • You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to initiate change and champion new approaches.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in property or development (or equivalent) and have a strong background in financial management and reporting.
  • You are a collaborative team player with a commitment to fostering teamwork and collaboration across the property group.
