Job Title: Financial Services Manager

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation as a Financial Services Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the finance team and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for analysing business models and finances, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations. You will also liaise with senior management to collate the annual financial budget and provide accurate monthly financial reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified Accountant status (CPA or CA) and membership in a relevant professional association desirable.
  • Experience using accounting software and online banking platforms essential.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, required.
