Liquor Buyer Role

We are seeking a skilled Liquor Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in liquor buying, strong commercial skills, and a passion for food & liquor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor stock levels and store orders, placing timely orders to meet demand.
  • Lead the liquor buying portfolio, aligning ranges to customer demand and business goals.
  • Set everyday and promotional pricing, ensuring compliance across stores.
Requirements:
  • Extensive retail buying experience with FMCG suppliers (liquor buying experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven full P&L ownership and strong commercial performance.
  • Collaborative communicator with excellent teamwork skills.
