Logistics Coordinator Position

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Logistics Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive products and coordinate delivery as per company/client request
  • Arrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demands
  • Ensure DIFOT is met, addressing any delivery issues (shortage/Redirection/Damage) in due time
  • Manage activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
  • Streamline shipping and transportation processes where possible to maximise efficiencies
  • Monitor transportation, inventory and warehousing using SAP and department files
  • Offer outstanding customer service by providing clear communication and updates through reports and emails
  • Monitor 3PL warehouse activity and daily work allocation as per KPIs
  • Verify and reconcile service provider invoices

Requirements:

  • Able to prioritise, organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Fashion Retail/Wholesale experience
  • Ability to analyse data and understand connections
  • Experience with 3PL/Warehouse operations
  • Microsoft Office, SAP
  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
