We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Tax Consultant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance on tax compliance, reporting, and strategic planning to clients across various industries.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to diverse industries and enhance technical expertise through corporate tax advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gaining exposure to various industries through corporate tax advisory services.
  • Strengthening compliance knowledge and attention to detail through income tax returns, activity statements, and financial reports preparation and review.
  • Building capability in financial interpretation by assisting with tax effect accounting and reporting for corporate entities.
  • Developing commercial acumen and contributing to high-impact business decisions by supporting clients through restructures, acquisitions, and divestments.
  • Cultivating internal networks and cross-functional knowledge by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Growing leadership and communication skills while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Commerce.
  • CA qualification (completed or in progress).
  • Experience in public practice, ideally in corporate tax.
  • Strong understanding of Australian tax legislation and accounting standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
