Mortgage Home Loan Servicing

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Home Loan Servicer to join our team. As a key member of our lending department, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing exceptional service while ensuring compliance with lending guidelines.

You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their goals. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in mortgage broking and lending principles. Our company provides ongoing training and support to ensure that you succeed in your role.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, such as a credit manager or home loan specialist. They will also possess a solid understanding of responsible lending practices and a Cert IV in Mortgage Broking qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initial telephone discussions with customers on variation offerings
  • Undertake customer requirement and objectives conversations, and reviewing customer documentation
  • Order valuations, and complete employment checks
  • Follow up calls with customers to educate, advise outcome and next steps
  • Manage all allocated files within the agreed service levels
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of responsible lending practices
  • Cert IV in Mortgage Broking qualification
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
