Veterinary Criticalist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency and Critical Care Specialist to join our team. As part of our organization, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and providing opportunities for professional growth.
Role OverviewThe emergency department is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for training and supervising interns, advising the out-of-hours and general practice team, and consulting on critical cases.
Our centre offers a range of services, including anaesthesia, diagnostic imaging, dentistry and exotics referral services, ophthalmology, and a purpose-built MRI facility.
About the TeamOur team is a fantastic group of veterinary professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care. We have a multidisciplinary approach, with referral services in surgery and internal medicine, and a high out-of-hours caseload that feeds our emergency referral team.
Our hospital is well-equipped, with dedicated ICU facilities, multiple mechanical ventilators, ultrasound, CT, MRI, TEG, interventional radiology, and a blood bank.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to hold a relevant bachelor's degree or higher and have at least 3 years of employment experience. ACVECC or ECVECC board-certification or Fellowship of the ANZCVS is also required.
