Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Platform Support Specialist to join our Service Operations and Infrastructure Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in cloud infrastructure platform support and operational oversight of cloud platforms within our Multi Cloud environment.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Platform Support Specialist, you will work closely with Business Customers, IT Departments, Service Providers, and Strategic Partners to ensure best practices are followed, promoting automation and proactive activities, as well as overall platform stability and handling of support escalations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage cloud infrastructure platforms, working closely with digital and non-digital teams.
  • Provide operational oversight of Google Cloud Platform and key supporting services underpinning our cloud platforms.
  • Ensure the smooth running of Woolworths multi cloud Platforms, including continual service improvement.
  • Transition new and changed Services into BAU Operations, adhering to IT service management disciplines and company methodologies.
  • Manage escalations, hierarchical and process related, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Service Operations and Infrastructure (SOI) area.
