Job Description

As a seasoned machine learning expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by spearheading the design and implementation of impactful data science and machine learning use cases.

Key responsibilities include developing solution architecture and MLOPs frameworks, guiding strategic customers through transformational data science and Generative AI projects, consulting on ML architecture and design, and providing escalated support for customer operational issues.

To ensure seamless project delivery, collaboration with the technical team, project manager, architect, and customer team is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or a related field, preferably in a customer-facing post-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role.
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure deployment, including production-grade cloud infrastructure that supports the deployment of ML applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning techniques, including fine-tuning LLMs and deploying LLMs with tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or Scala programming languages.
  • Excellent documentation and white-boarding skills.
  • Experience working with clients and managing conflicts.
