Job Description

This role involves delivering projects from start to finish, including initial site inspections, technical due diligence, capital expenditure and lifecycle forecasting, asset repositioning, concept & detailed building services design and overall project management.

The focus is on existing buildings, with projects typically involving large base building and infrastructure upgrades and refurbishments, which can range from chiller replacements, switch room & lighting upgrades to full base building updates.

Clients are largely within corporate real estate, finance and government, and are usually asset owners, landlords, and facility managers, although sometimes partnering with other consultancies.

They offer hybrid and flexible working, annual discretionary bonus/profit share and a personal development budget, giving staff a clear distinction between work and home life.

This means you will be responsible for the execution/delivery of projects, design and engineering reviews, developing and maintaining cost plans, programs, and meeting minutes, liaising with the client on all matters relating to the project, managing the tender and tender evaluation process, chairing PCG meetings on behalf of the client, acting as the project Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all matters relating to the project, coordinating with third parties to achieve the desired outcome, submitting project status reports as agreed with the client, attending site and monitoring site progress as well as ensuring the project meets legislative and health and safety requirements, and managing all testing and commissioning associated with the project.
