We are seeking an Operations Administration and Compliance Coordinator to support our team by providing accurate, efficient and effective administration and coordination services.
About the Role- Collaborate with leaders across the team to create reports that support funding arrangements.
- Provide administrative support in the preparation of letters, data entry and document maintenance.
- Coordinate meetings, minutes and action follow-ups for the team.
- Support marketing activities and events as required.
You will excel in a role with loads of variety, be highly organized with exceptional communication skills and understand the importance of working within a compliance framework.
You should have prior experience using SharePoint, Excel and Word, and confidence in learning new systems and processes.
