Cloud Native Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Native Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, modular, and cloud-native applications using cutting-edge technologies. The successful candidate will develop strategic direction and deliver related architecture, design, and implementation of SAP BTP based solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-native applications using Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM) with Node.js, Java, and SQL. A strong understanding of SAP BTP architecture and its associated technologies is also essential.

The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the ability to drive architectural governance and quality standards through best practices and development guidelines is crucial.

The successful candidate will perform design reviews, code reviews, unit testing, and support integration and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. They will stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and innovations to drive continuous improvement and excellence in architecture delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, modular, and cloud-native applications using CAPM with Node.js, Java, and SQL.
  • Develop strategic direction and deliver related architecture, design, and implementation of SAP BTP based solutions.
  • Support SAP BTP related activities including CAPM, Build work zone, Mobile start, MDK.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and development guidelines for SAP BTP projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform design reviews, code reviews, unit testing, and support integration and user acceptance testing.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-native applications using CAPM with Node.js, Java, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of SAP BTP architecture and its associated technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
