SAP BTP Technical Architect Position

This role is ideal for a professional who combines strategic advisory capability with hands-on technical expertise in shaping, delivering, and optimising SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions.

  • Support the design and delivery of scalable, modular, and cloud-native applications using CAPM with Node.js, Java, and SQL.
  • Provide strategic direction on SAP BTP architecture, design, and implementation, aligning to clean core principles.
  • Lead and support SAP BTP activities including CAPM, Build Work Zone, Mobile Start, and MDK.
  • Define and enforce architecture governance standards, best practices, and development guidelines for BTP projects.
  • Conduct technical reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform design and code reviews, unit testing, integration, and UAT support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by adopting the latest SAP technologies and BTP innovations.
  • Provide mentorship and upskilling to internal teams, including developing and delivering training materials.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying and driving new opportunities in the BTP space.
