PandC Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill this key role, working in the P&C Advisory Team. You will be at the heart of the P&C operating model, providing trusted and consistent advice on policies and processes.
You will work closely with the Operations Team Lead, supporting and coaching frontline leaders to build knowledge and capability around core processes and practices.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administration support in the effective delivery of core people processes across the year.
- Supporting and coaching frontline leaders to build knowledge and capability around core P & C processes and practices.
- Preparation/production and delivery of operational people-related reporting.
- Identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement that drives efficiencies and excellent data quality outcomes.
You are an outcome-focused and highly organised professional who works in a centralised Shared Service team. You will have experience working collaboratively with other internal teams to drive process improvement outcomes and deliver exceptional performance and employee experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring:
- Proven experience in a similar customer service/business administration role, liaising with people from all levels of business.
- A strong sense of confidentiality and maturity in handling sensitive information.
- The ability to build relationships across the business and influence individuals to adopt best practices.
- Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to deliver outcomes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Data analysis and presentation using Excel and PowerPoint.
- A team player attitude - Seeks to share knowledge and learnings with others in the team and contributes to the team's goals.
- A relevant Undergraduate degree (or working towards) in HR or Business-related discipline desirable.
