About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Garden Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces on our pristine SEQ Water sites around the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering to ensure our gardens and outdoor spaces are well-maintained.
  • Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas to create a beautiful and safe environment.
  • Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds to create a thriving ecosystem.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to create a safe work environment for yourself and others.

About You

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about gardening and landscaping. If you have previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field, that's a plus. You should be able to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods. You should also be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun. A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards are essential. A valid Drivers License, White Card, and Working with Children Check are also required.
