A busy executive family is offering a full-time position at their magnificent home located in Caboolture, Queensland.

We are looking for a highly experienced flexible yet efficient housekeeper with a high level of detail who can keep a high standard of order to take care of all the aspects of housekeeping and management of the home for a family of 4 (girls are 9 and 11).

This is a varied role which includes:

- Responsible for overseeing the general operations and smooth running of the Family home and activities
- Acting as primary external point of contact and liaison for the Family
- Liaise with Principal’s company employees as required
- Organise and collect deliveries
- Organising calendars and schedules for the Household
- Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs
- Booking flights, making travel arrangements; organizing detailed itineraries for the family
- Scheduling home maintenance and repair work and supervision; (cleaners, maintenance trades, gardeners)
- Scheduling fortnightly dog wash
- Light housekeeping, changing beds, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming (you will also manage regular cleaners to ensure their job is completed to the standards required)
- Maintain home stock, staple levels and groceries
- Kids school lunch preparation
- Meal and snacks preparation
- Laundry duties including washing, folding and putting clothes away, maintain and iron school uniforms
- Personal shopping, executing special requests, errands ad hoc tasks and general assistance to all family members as needed

The family also have properties in a number of other locations, which will require you to travel during the year from time to time to prep and maintain these properties.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

- Previous experience in private homes with available references
- High level of attention to detail and efficiency
- Be self-motivated, good initiative with a professional and polite demeanour and have a positive attitude
- Be confident and experienced in food preparation
- Knowledgeable and experienced with health and wellbeing
- Able to take care of all housekeeping including laundry requirements
- Current QLD Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle to get to and from work, company car will be available for use during work hours
- Be discreet and respectful of family’s privacy at all times
- Police Check or the ability to obtain one prior to start date
- Qld Blue Card or the ability to obtain one prior to start date
- Have a ‘Defensive Driving’ certificate or the ability to obtain one prior to start date
- Have a ‘Basic Food Safety’ certificate or the ability to obtain one prior to start date
- Must be fluent English speaking
- Nonsmoker

**Hours**:8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday + adhoc weekends and/or evening as required

**Salary**:$85,000 + super (Neg depending on experience)

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
