We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Annie's Court in Shoreham. As an integral part of our care team, you will provide evidence-based, person-centred care that supports residents' health, wellbeing, and independence.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic care to residents, promoting optimal health outcomes and supporting their individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in resident's condition, ensuring timely interventions and effective support.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and services.
- A minimum of two years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse in an aged care home.
- Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Able to work all shifts, including night shifts, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centered approach to providing care and services.
- Proven ability to guide, motivate care staff, and promote a positive work environment.
- Working knowledge of the AN-ACC funding model and Aged Care legislation.
- Well-developed computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Current First Aid + CPR certification.
