Electrical Field Engineer Job Overview

This is a permanent, full-time position offering the chance to work on one of Australia's most significant energy projects.

As an Electrical Field Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the construction and commissioning of electrical systems on a large-scale LNG project. Your duties will include overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment, as well as providing technical support to construction teams and subcontractors.

  • You will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and standards, ensuring that all work is performed safely and in accordance with project and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on electrical installations to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and field engineering queries through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and progress records for management and stakeholder review.

Requirements:
