About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Credentialed Diabetes Educator to join our team on a fixed-term part-time basis.

The successful candidate will deliver diabetes education programs, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and encourage patients to take an active role in their healthcare planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement diabetes education programs tailored to individual patient needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired health outcomes

Requirements:
  • Credentialed Diabetes Educator (CDE) status or commitment to working towards the same
  • Advanced clinical skills with experience in acute and/or community nursing or dietetics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
