  • Act as the point of contact for customers referred by our network
  • Conduct initial client meetings and assist them through to settlement
  • Collaborate with Senior Mortgage Brokers for mentoring and deal assistance
  • Prepare client files, gather information, and ensure accuracy
  • Manage loan applications, serviceability calculators, and compliance
  • Track loan applications and ensure timely settlements
  • Foster key relationships with clients, bank BDMs, and conveyancers
  • Maintain CRM systems
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a mortgage broker
  • Experience in writing loans for construction and residential properties
  • Strong knowledge of Australian lending products, policies, and compliance
  • Full accreditation with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
