Job Title: Senior AWS Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned expert in cloud infrastructure and security to join our team as a Senior AWS Cloud Consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing secure cloud solutions, with a strong understanding of AWS services and technologies.

The successful consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality cloud security projects, providing expert advice to clients, and developing innovative technical solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing secure cloud architectures and solutions using AWS services
  • Providing subject matter expertise and advice to clients on cloud security best practices
  • Developing and delivering training programs and workshops on cloud security and compliance
  • Authoring high-quality documentation and reports for client stakeholders
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related discipline, and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Relevant intermediate or expert-level certification and/or proven hands-on experience with AWS
  • At least 5 years' experience in implementing and/or supporting cloud services, ideally in a global consulting firm or large technology company
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud solutions
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, firewalls, and security best practices
