Senior Corporate Lawyer

As a senior legal advisor, you will be responsible for embedding legal support across commercial and operational functions.
- You will act as the embedded legal partner to commercial, operations, and supply chain teams.
- You will support new product development and market launches with regulatory and legal oversight.
- You will advise on day-to-day operational issues, including product claims, marketing, intellectual property rights and protection, customer complaints, distribution issues, retailer negotiations, and licensing queries.
The successful candidate will have:
- Australian qualified lawyer with 5+ years of post-admission experience.
- Deep working knowledge of food regulation, labelling, consumer law, and commercial contracting in the Australian context.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing operational decision-making.
- Skilled in managing risk pragmatically and balancing commercial outcomes with compliance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
