The successful candidate will work closely with job seekers to empower them to achieve their employment goals. This role involves identifying and securing employment opportunities, supporting individuals to develop the skills needed to become job-ready, and delivering quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing personalized employment plans that cater to individual needs
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with local employers and community groups
  • Providing training and support services to enhance employability
  • Enhancing participants' confidence and self-esteem through regular feedback and coaching

The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, solution-focused, and has a can-do approach. They should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and compassion towards those with disability, injury, or barriers to employment.
