We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced logistics leader to join our team as a Supervisor. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the branch, ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including coordinating and supervising employees, supporting daily planning, resource allocation, and staff rostering.
  • Maintain excellent customer service levels with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee delivery requirements are met.
  • Drive initiatives to maintain and improve Health and Safety programs.

As a results-driven individual, you will motivate your team to success, drawing on your years of experience in this field to overcome day-to-day challenges, focusing on solutions, change, and innovation.
