Food and Beverage Attendant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team onsite at one of the leading Global companies in Sydney.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage services across the premises, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and staff alike.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-end, professional food and beverage services on the client floor and broader tenancy, when required.
  • Experienced barista with high-quality coffee preparation and presentation.
  • Responsible for all meeting and event setup, clear-down, and sanitization.
  • Assume responsibility for all client floor areas, ensuring they are always presentable, while reporting anything that requires attention.
  • Show initiative and flexibility in taking on other duties with shifting priorities, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
  • Adhere to legislative procedures, including food safety, liquor handling, and workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven corporate, hotel, or fine dining experience essential, with a track record of delivering excellent service.
  • Barista skills and knowledge – continually training and upskilling to maintain high standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently and unsupervised, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Immaculate grooming and personal presentation, reflecting positively on the organization.
  • Adaptable, flexible, can-do attitude with the willingness to work within a fast-paced environment, managing competing demands and priorities effectively.
  • Fully qualified and experienced, with current RSA certification and full working rights.
