Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including administrative tasks, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

  • This role involves performing front desk duties including answering the main office phone, providing general information about knowmore, taking and delivering messages, welcoming clients in person, responding to and dealing with other visitors, deliveries etc.
  • Responsibilities also include general office duties such as word processing, filing, scanning, photocopying, faxing, collecting and delivering mail, maintaining records of incoming and outgoing communications.
  • You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team, providing support as requested and providing backup to the Paralegals when necessary.
