The Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our Pastry Department. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting our Senior Chefs in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily preparation and service of food in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Work collaboratively with our Senior Chefs to ensure the highest quality of food is delivered to our guests
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and culinary concepts

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong working knowledge of HACCP and experience in high-end volume operations. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
