The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Pastry Department as a Full Time Chef de Partie.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide exceptional guest experiences through your genuine care and attention to detail. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Senior Chefs with daily food preparation and service
  • Ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Demonstrating a strong work ethic and teamwork skills

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Working knowledge of HACCP principles
  • Similar experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie
  • Experience in high-end volume operations, including buffet, events, and retail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
