Job Title: Chief Structural Engineering Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Structural Engineering Expert to join our team of technical experts. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level engineer to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact in the field of structural engineering.

This role will involve providing high-level technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all structural engineering projects are delivered to the highest standard of quality and safety. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. They will be highly knowledgeable in the latest design techniques and technologies, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-level technical guidance and support to project teams
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale structural engineering projects
  • Mentoring and coaching junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduate proven experience in structural design, particularly in steel and concrete structures
  • Proven experience managing the interaction with clients on design and drafting issues
  • Extremely well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and exceptional knowledge of engineering designs and calculations
