Store Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Store Leader to join our team at Lorna Jane Bondi Junction store.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the Lorna Jane brand, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.

As Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of the store to deliver on store targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Recruit, train, develop, and succession plan your team
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping
  • Roster your team in line with store trading
