Job Role: Coffee Shop Manager

At Frontline Hospitality Melbourne East, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and create exceptional experiences for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Motivate a Team: Lead and motivate a team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring product quality and freshness.
  • Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  • Cleanliness and Organisation: Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the coffee industry.
  • Coffee Industry Knowledge: Solid knowledge of fast-paced takeaway style food and drink.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Management Experience: Proven experience of managing rosters, KPIs, and costs.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Prioritisation: A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
