Employee Equity Specialist

We are seeking an Employee Equity Analyst to join our Corporate Governance team at Wise Tech Global Limited.
As an Employee Equity Analyst, you will be responsible for managing various employee equity activities, including grants, vesting, and forfeiture of share rights under the Equity Incentives Plan.
You will also be responsible for annual ATO reporting data for employee share scheme income and dividend income from employee shares, as well as preparing and lodging required legal & tax filings on employee incentive schemes.
Additionally, you will work with Wise Tech's employee equity plan solutions provider to facilitate efficient plan administration and deliver a positive experience for participants.
About YouWe are looking for logical thinkers who can work across boundaries to root out the cause and solve for that.
You should have experience in Employee Equity Plan management, although this is not a requirement.
