We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Equity Specialist to join our Corporate Governance team at WiseTech Global. As an Employee Equity Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing various employee equity activities, including grants, vesting, and forfeiture of share rights under our Equity Incentives Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee equity grants, vesting, and forfeiture of share rights under the Equity Incentives Plan.
- Prepare and lodge required legal and tax filings on employee incentive schemes.
- Facilitate efficient plan administration and deliver a positive experience for participants.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of employee equity activities.
About You:
We are looking for a logical thinker with experience in employee equity plan management. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work across boundaries to identify and solve complex problems.
