Lead Our Aged Care Facility with Compassion and Expertise

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to join our team at E4 Recruitment. As a compassionate leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our aged care facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all activities meet regulatory standards and deliver the highest quality of care.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of aged care professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Resident Relations: Build strong relationships with residents and their families, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement and monitor processes to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Facility Manager or equivalent position ideal, preferably in aged care or healthcare settings.
  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN) or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in aged care.
  • A compassionate and patient-centred approach to management.
