Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

WT Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in cost estimating, planning, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients, architects, and main contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identifying and facilitating new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Providing accurate and timely financial reporting, with a focus on proactive value maximization for clients.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction.
  • Experience in cost estimating and planning software, including Cost X.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
