We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to be part of our dedicated team at Sonic HealthPlus. This role is integral to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services across Australia.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will report to the Practice Manager and will be tasked with a diverse array of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Demonstrating advanced nursing capabilities to operate independently
  • Conducting patient assessments and triage
  • Administering vaccinations and providing travel health consultations
  • Overseeing and managing medical supplies
  • Ensuring the maintenance and sterilization of medical equipment
  • Adhering to the protocols set forth by the Department of Health & Human Services
  • Performing general administrative tasks
  • Executing phlebotomy procedures
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates will possess a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. Additional requirements include:

  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certifications – Mandatory
  • Certification in Phlebotomy – Mandatory
  • Current Immunisation Certificate – Preferred
  • Valid Working With Children Check
